The Registrar's office consists of three Electors of Elbert County which are appointed by the Judge of Superior Court. The Chief Registrar is assisted by two other Registrars and each position is a four year term. The two current Registrars are Registrar Pate Bond and Registrar Janelle Hilley.

The services we provide are:

registering people to vote
processing the registration applications
receiving death notices
receiving felon notices
receiving cancellations for other states

For advance voting, you must contact the Registrar's office one week before the election date. If an absentee ballot is needed, please contact the office to pick a ballot or have one sent to a desired address.
