Mr. Hopp is in charge of
investigation and
enforcement of alleged
violations of the various
codes and ordinances
including, but not limited
to, the mobile home
regulations, subdivision
regulations, litter
ordinances, abandoned houses
and improper permitting. He
receives and investigates
citizen complaints; provides
surveillance for general
compliance. He
provides assistance for
determining corrective
action. He presents
violations before the
Magistrate Court if not
properly corrected. |
